Single bars are still the only place in VA where you will find cougars!  Tongue

What's the limit on Bluefish in DE?

And do I need to get a saltwater fishing license?

Limit 10

You need State fishing license (non-resident). Good for both saltwater and fresh.  Will need park entry permit if you fish State Park area.

I hear they are running pretty hard up in NJ. 15 fish per day creel limit. No fishng license needed. Just a Saltwater Fishing registry - FREE online: http://www.nj.gov/dep/saltwaterregistry/index.html

I'm heading up there for a VA appointment and to check on my Mom and a rental property I have up there. Will load up the car with cooler and surf fishing gear too. Mybe even my metal detector.

Has anyone ever opened up a bluefish to see what they have been feeding on and pulled out bunker and killies... and then used the fish eaten by the blue as bait? I mean from belly to hook to another bluefish?
